Top Sirloin Kebabs With Pineapple

Pineapple: 1

Soy sauce: 5 tablespoons

Brown sugar: 2 ½ tablespoons

Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Ground ginger: 2 ½ teaspoons

Garlic: 1 ½ teaspoon (minced)

Pepper: 1 teaspoon

Beef top sirloin steak: 1 pound (cut into 1-inch cubes)


The marinade used in this recipe is for three usages. The first one is for initial marinating, the second one is for blasting, and the final one is for serving.

To start with this recipe, drain the pineapple and reserve the juice. Refrigerate the pineapple. Now, take a large bowl and mix the pineapple juice with brown sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oil, and pepper. As directed, reserve 1/3 of this mixture for blasting and another 1/3 for serving. Cover both the portions and refrigerate. In a resealable plastic bag, add the beef cubes and the marinade mixture. Seal it and mix well. Refrigerate this for at least 8 hours or overnight.

When the meat is ready to cook, drain the excess marinade and thread the beef cubes and pineapples in an alternate pattern. Grill for at least 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Keep blasting while you grill the meat uncovered. When it is tender as per your preference, remove from grill. Place the skewers nicely on a serving plate. Drizzle the marinade sauce before serving. Pan-Seared Top Sirloin Steaks With Brussels Sprout

Top sirloin steaks: 4

Brussels sprouts: 4 cups (cleaned and halved)

Russet potato: 1 (large, peeled and medium diced)

Kosher salt: 1 tablespoon

White onion: 1 (large, medium diced)

Baby Bella mushrooms: 2 cups (quartered)

Vinegar: 4 tablespoons (sherry or white)

Smoked paprika: 1 teaspoon

Clarified butter: 3 tablespoons

Salt: to taste

Pepper: to taste


Rinse pork steak and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle salt, pepper and season all over. Heat oil in a large skillet and add the steaks over medium heat. Cook the steaks for at least 4-5 minutes on each side. Once it is cooked, place it in a plate and let rest 3-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the potatoes, onion, mushrooms, and sprouts in a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, and roast until brown. In a pan, add clarified butter and mix it with paprika and vinegar. Cook for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Now, place the steak in the serving dish, drizzle with the butter mixture and serve along with the roasted vegetables.
