Flank steaks: 1 ½ pound

Hoisin sauce: 3 tablespoons

Sherry: 3 tablespoons

Soy sauce: 1/4 cup

Barbeque sauce: 1 teaspoon

Green onions: 2 (finely chopped)

Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)

Fresh ginger root: 1 tablespoon (minced)



Take a small bowl. Mix hoisin sauce, barbeque sauce, sherry, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Now, cut the flank steak diagonally or across the fiber into ¼ inch slices. In a resealable plastic bag, place the slices and add the hoisin sauce mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat the grill over high heat and thread the steaks on skewers. Beef broth: 1 (10.5 ounces) can

White sugar: 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Round steak: 1 pound (boneless, cut into bite-size pieces)

Fresh ginger root: ¼ teaspoon (chopped)

Garlic: 1 clove (minced)

Fresh broccoli: 4 cups (chopped)


Take a small bowl. Mix flour, sugar, broth, and soy sauce. Keep stirring until the sugar and flour dissolve. Place a large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir cook for at least 4-5 minutes.
