French salad dressing: 1/3 cup
Soy sauce: 1/3 cup

Boneless beef sirloin steak: 1 pound
Fresh baby carrots: 1 cup
Water: 2 tablespoons
Medium-sized fresh mushrooms: 1 pound
Medium green pepper: 1 Medium onion: 1/2
Hot cooked rice, optional
Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes. Cut the mushroom into half, the green pepper and onion into 1-inch pieces. Mix the salad dressing, ketchup, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Now, keep 1/3 portion of this mixture in a separate container for basting. Cover it with a foil and refrigerate. In a resealable plastic bag, pour the remaining batter and add steak. Seal the bag and coat the meat with the mixture. Refrigerate for an hour. Boil the carrots for 4 minutes. On skewers, thread the beef and vegetables in an alternate pattern. Over medium heat, grill the kebabs for twenty minutes. Basting is essential while the kebabs are being prepared. Once the kebabs are ready, serve with steamed rice.
Creamy Reuben Casserole
There are many types of beef casseroles that you can prepare for dinner. This one is perhaps the easiest and the creamiest. Once you make this for a treat, everyone will be your fan for sure.
One can (14 ounces) sauerkraut
1-1/4 cups chopped cooked corned beef
1 cup sour cream
One small onion
One garlic clove
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Two slices rye bread, cubed
Two tablespoons butter, melted
Rinse and drain the sauerkraut. Pay attention in draining the sauerkraut well. Chop the onion and garlic. Take a large bowl and combine the sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, garlic, and sour cream. Once the ingredients are mixed, take a medium-sized baking dish. Grease it with butter or oil. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with bread and cheese on the top and drizzle with butter. Preheat the oven to 350° and bake the recipe uncovered for at least thirty minutes. This preparation doesn’t require more than thirty minutes to cook.
